The Art League of Long Island’s biennial exhibition in the Jeanie Tengelsen Gallery features “Head Over Heels”. Curated by Joshua Ruff, Director of Collections & Interpretation at the Long Island Museum of Art, this juried exhibit features 60 works from artists in Nassau, Suffolk, Brooklyn, and Queens.

Each year, Gallery North selects artists and musicians from around Long Island to participate in their Outdoor Art Show and Music Festival. Juried by Karen Levitov, Director and Curator of the Zuccaire Gallery; Nancy Bueti-Randall, local artist; and Lorraine Walsh, Director and Curator of the Simons Center for Geometry and Physics, my featured work was awarded Best in Show for Outstanding Photography. The work will be featured in the Gallery North ‘Winners Circle’ Exhibition in 2022.

Each year, the Sound View Hotel in Greenport, NY invites emerging artists from NYC and Long Island to live and work on the North Fork. After a week of gaining inspiration from the North Fork, the residency concluded with a show and print sale to display the works created during the residency.
